About Us

We are a private, not-for-profit housing agency funded by contributions from individuals, corporations, foundations and the NYS Division of Housing. Since 1968, The SEPP Group has been providing quality, affordable housing in the Southern Tier. SEPP is designated as an RPC (Rural Preservation Company), as defined by the NYS Division of Housing.

SEPP is committed to helping senior citizens and people with disabilities with the growing need for safe, affordable housing.
