SEPP, Inc. was established in 1968 as a not-for-profit enterprise to enhance the lives of those in our community. SEPP stands for Serving the Elderly through Project Planning. Its mission is "To provide families, elderly persons and disabled individuals with safe, affordable housing and services specifically designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs and to promote health, security and happiness."
SEPP, Inc. is designated as a Rural Preservation Company because it provides assistance including, but not limited to, housing rehabilitation, tenant counseling, community rehabilitation, renewal and Main Street Development.

SEPP Foundation, Inc. was established in 2002 to assist in providing quality living for seniors and others through housing, services and programs for our growing and immediate population and for generations to come. This 501(c) (3) raises funds from direct donations and community events, with all net proceeds directed to the benefit of the residents of the SEPP owned and managed properties.

SEPP Development Corporation purchases, develops and provides technical assistance in creating new housing opportunities in central and the southern tier of NYS. SEPP has for many years been a leader in rehabilitation construction. SEPP has for many years been a leader in real estate rehabilitation projects. The mission of the construction company includes cost-estimating and project management services for substantial renovation projects throughout the region.
