Homesteads of Grand
Homesteads of Grand – Currently under construction, the seventy-two (72) unit workforce housing project, located at 333 Grand Avenue in Johnson City is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2025 with anticipated rent-up beginning at that time.
Hooper Road Apartments
Hooper Road Apartments - Currently under construction, the eighty (80) unit senior project, located at 609 Hooper Road in the Town of Union is expected to be completed in the Fall of 2025 with anticipated rent-up beginning at that time.
