How to Reserve Your Entry
- Choose your level: $500 sponsorship, $250 sponsorship, $75 single entry, or a donation of any amount.
- Pay online or by check. Pay by credit card on our Donate page, or make your check payable to the SEPP Foundation Inc.
- Send your entry form with the name, address, telephone and email of the registrant, plus the guest names for the raffle draw. Mail it with your check in the pre-addressed envelope provided. If you paid online, mail or email the form to Eric Williams.
- RSVP by October 3, 2026 to Beverli Miller.
