Celebrating the Official Ribbon Cutting of Hooper Road Apartments!
The official ribbon cutting of Hooper Road Apartments marked an exciting milestone made possible through the collaboration, dedication, and shared vision of many incredible partners, including CDS Housing, New York State Homes and Community Renewal, Broome County, the Town of Union, the YWCA of Binghamton and Broome County, and everyone who played a role in bringing this project to life.
The SEPP Group is honored to manage this beautiful new affordable housing community and continue our mission of providing safe, quality housing. Thank you to our dedicated SEPP team, Board of Directors, and everyone who worked behind the scenes to make this day possible.
Most importantly, congratulations to the residents of Hooper Road Apartments. We look forward to fostering a welcoming community that residents are proud to call home.
