In 1994, The SEPP Group added the Resident Services Program. The Resident Service Coordinator’s role is to assist residents in identifying and obtaining appropriate services available in our community.
SEPP also has incorporated a Nurse Case Manager Program that is designed to equip patients and their caregivers with the tools and knowledge to remain living safely at home and in good health.
